How Do You Use An Internet Connection?

There are two types of hotspots to consider if you want to keep an internet connection. The first type is via cellular connection just like a smartphone. These mobile hotspots are available from most major cell providers like Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, etc. The connection speed is typically similar to 4G LTE, so if you’re on the go in an RV it’s a great option.
If you’re traveling to areas that are rather far outside of the norm, you may need a satellite hotspot. These are helpful when you are in areas that have absolutely no cellular signal. Keep in mind that satellite internet is significantly slower than 4G LTE.
Doing Laundry While RVing
Traveling for an extended period of time? Something that often comes up is how to do your laundry while traveling in an RV. Water Tanks? What Is Gray And Black Water?
Once you get into the larger RV’s like the Class A motorhome, it’s time to start thinking about water. This is definitely an important aspect for RV users both new and experienced. First, you have your freshwater tank. The amount of water your freshwater tank typically depends upon the size of the RV. For example, a Class A motorhome can hold anywhere from 20 to 100 gallons in its tank.
There are two other water tanks to consider: gray water and black water. After you’ve used the fresh water, which may go through the sink for cleaning dishes or the water that is drained after a shower, it has to go somewhere. Unlike in a home where you have sewage, wastewater is stored in one of two water tanks in the RV. The gray water tank holds all of the wastewater that comes from your RV’s sinks. The black water tank holds all of the human waste that’s flushed down the toilet. Proper maintenance of all three of your water tanks is essential to prevent damage and even sickness.
How Many Types Of RV’s Are There?
There are actually quite a few different types of RV’s. Each one has its pros and cons, but it’s fairly easy to determine which RV is right for you.
